All orders placed via the website will be subject to our Terms and Conditions. You must agree to abide by these before placing any order. These Terms and Conditions may be changed and updated from time to time. It is the responsibility of the user to ensure they are aware of any changes to these Terms and Conditions.

Any order placed via the website is subject to availability.

VotN makes all reasonable efforts to describe items as accurately as possible. VotN is not liable to any person for any loss or damage which may arise from any reliance upon the use or any dealings with any of the information contained in this website. All sizes etc. are approximate and not exact.

The price of items ordered will be that quoted on the website at the time of the order.

Vinyl on the Net is not responsible for delays in delivery once the item(s) is with the carriers.

Refunds – A full refund will be provided for a faulty item if it is returned to us within 21 days in exactly the same condition it was sold in. Proof of purchase will be required. Refunds will not be provided on non-faulty items.

This does not affect your statutory rights.
